About
I’m a wife, mother of two, former professional dancer, and sports massage therapist with a deep passion for helping people feel better in their bodies and live with more joy.
My massage therapy expertise was shaped through years of working alongside veteran bodywork specialists while traveling with performers, learning firsthand how important recovery, mobility, and injury prevention are for active bodies. I also gained hands-on experience in integrated medical centers and a physical medicine clinic, where I worked with clients managing pain, soft tissue restrictions, postural imbalances, overuse injuries, and movement limitations.
In the clinic setting, I saw how massage could support the healing process alongside physical therapy, acupuncture, movement, and wellness care—helping people reduce tension, improve mobility, recover from injury, and reconnect with their bodies in a more functional way.
Today, I specialize in sports-focused massage and recovery work for busy adults, moms, young dancers, and athletes. My approach is personalized, practical, and rooted in the belief that every body is different.
